I should be telling you about Seville.  The lovely people and the youthful energy.  The International Fair that we stumbled upon that amused us for an evening.

I have found that the challenge of this blog is a result of the majesty of the locations.  It is easy to blog on a boring day, but harder on a busy one.

If a city is truly spectacular, even the sleep-loving Susie loves staying out late.  Being night owls, however, is not great when you also want to write a full article that same night.

I can hardly believe that we were in Granada less than 2 full days.   They were an eventful couple of days where we pushed the driving envelope again, learned about Moorish beauty, and almost lost part of our family.

But I am getting ahead of myself.

We have arrived in Granada and I have much to report on this city, but not today.

After 4 days in Barcelona, I have come to the conclusion that it is a city that was suspended in time for a couple of centuries.  When we walked around, we either saw the extremely old or the strikingly modern.

This idea is not fully formed, but let me share it nonetheless.

Remember when you were in elementary school and the measure of a good book was the number of pictures per word?  Well, this one goes out to your inner second-grader!

Barcelona rocks.  OK, I sound like a teen when I say that, but it is true.  Two days ago, my blog was entitled "Falling for Barcelona".   We have fallen.

OK, I assume some of you have been reading this blog in the way that the average NASCAR fan watches a race - you might like the race, but you are kinda hoping for a crash.

We love Barcelona. It is simply a fantastic city. So much so that we are getting to bed closer to midnight than 11PM. I cannot think of anything that we did today that I would want to take out, but it was a LONG one.

It feels a little patronizing to talk about a country/principality like a small pet.  I am sure that the fine citizens of this fine land would take exception to my American reaction.

But, damn, Andorra is cute.  Yes it is.  Yes it is.  Such a good principality.  Yes you are!  Who is autonomous and beautiful?  You are!  Yes you are!!
